It seeks to increase cultural awareness, lifelong learning, active and European citizenship, and the creation of strong cooperation networks. These objectives are in line with the promotion of practical approaches to learning, personal and professional growth.<< Implementation >>The project will implement activities such as the creation of an online soft skills development course, travel-focused experiential learning activities, conducting training sessions for educators, developing a digital learning platform, and organizing virtual workshops. These activities are designed to improve soft skills, promote cultural and environmental awareness, and foster a sense of European citizenship among adult learners.<< Results >>The project plans to create innovative educational modules and tools, improve educators' skills in experiential learning, promote active engagement and skills development among adult learners, and establish sustainable partnerships and networks. These outcomes aim to promote lifelong learning, cultural awareness, and active citizenship, contributing to personal growth and community involvement."
