"<< Background >>We applied for this project to improve the quality of education and support provided to adults with intellectual and physical disabilities. All partner organisations identified similar challenges: limited access to inclusive learning tools, lack of staff training in group dynamics, and a need for practical methods that work in diverse groups. Educators wanted to learn how to better manage group processes, support emotional needs, and create safe environments for people with disabilities. There was also a need to strengthen cooperation between organisations working in this field and to share real-life methods and tools. We wanted to give staff space to learn from each other and give adults with disabilities the chance to experience international, inclusive activities. The project was designed as a response to these real, everyday needs.<< Objectives >>The main goal was to improve the skills of educators and support workers who work with adults with disabilities. We wanted to give them practical tools to manage group dynamics, build trust, and support inclusion in daily learning situations. Another important goal was to create and share two useful results: a handbook with tested group work methods (""Guidelines on Group Dynamics"") and a podcast series with real stories and tips from professionals. We also aimed to include adults with disabilities directly in the project, giving them a chance to travel, learn, and grow in safe international environments. Finally, we wanted to strengthen cooperation between our organisations and promote Erasmus+ values like inclusion, participation, and equality in adult education.<< Implementation >>We started with a two-day kick-off meeting in Czersk (Poland), where partners agreed on the timeline, responsibilities, and content of the project. The second activity was a study visit in Latvia, where educators and adults with disabilities observed good practices in inclusive support and social enterprises. Next, we organised a mobility of adult learners in Lithuania. Participants took part in creative workshops like ceramics, music therapy, and aromatherapy. The fourth activity was a five-day training course for staff in Murzasichle (Poland), focused on group dynamics, communication tools, and inclusive methods. Finally, each partner ran local workshops to test the new tools with their teams and learners. We also worked on two main project results: the “Guidelines on Group Dynamics” and a podcast series with real examples from practice. All activities were carried out as planned.<< Results >>The main outputs of the project were two tools: the “Guidelines on Group Dynamics” and a podcast series with short, real-life examples of inclusive education methods. The guidelines include tested group activities, communication tools, and behaviour management strategies adapted for adults with disabilities. The podcasts were recorded by educators and shared online. Other results included increased competences of educators, improved teamwork in partner organisations, and more inclusive learning environments. Adults with disabilities gained confidence, new experiences, and stronger motivation to participate in group activities. Staff members began using new tools in their daily work. The project also strengthened long-term cooperation between the partners and promoted Erasmus+ values in local communities."
