CULTY - Building capacity in the youth field

<< Objectives >>CULTY intends to:- Promote the exchange of methodologies, techniques, best practices the artistic field aimed at involving youngsters- Increase the capacities of the team in the artistic and youth field- Build artistic and cultural networks at the national level and a solid one at the transactional level between the organizations of the partnership- Stimulate self-realization processes in young people through involvement in artistic and cultural activities aimed at their empowerment<< Implementation >>The activities to be implemented are:- 1 kick-off meeting- 3 trainings focused on different artistic methods, techniques and practices and on social issues close to European values- 2 co-design labs for the co-design of the youth exchange and the toolkit of best practices in the artistic field aimed at youth involvement- 1 youth exchange dedicated to youth involvement- 8 moments of local dissemination (2 for each organization) of medium and long-term results- evaluation meetings<< Results >>The expected results are:- final comprehensive report- 1 toolkit- 1 youth exchange- capacity building for youth workers- construction and consolidation of a cross-sectoral transnational partnership- construction and consolidation of local partnerships for each territory of origin of the organizations- youth involvement
