Predictive Maintenance via Deep Tech Solutions for Environmental and Social Impacts in Manufacturing

<< Objectives >>Context: Predictive maintenace (PM)'s prevents the breakdown or catastrophic failure of critical infrastructure (via deep tech-enabled approaches) and generates a multitude of positive economic and social benefits in terms of human safety, resilience of infrastructure. Currently, VET institutions lack such emerging curricula. Objectives: OBJ1: Develop a market-oriented deep-tech infused PM toolkitOBJ2: Develop an innovative toolkit for VET trainers OBJ3: Develop a micro-credential system<< Implementation >>The consortium will develop the predictive maintenance toolkit for VET learners as well as the train the trainers toolkit for effectively delivering VET education; afterwards, we will pilot the two programmes by training learners (online and via work-based learning pilots) and trainers and collecting feedback from them in order to improve our toolkits; ultimately, we will develop a micro-credential certification framework and we will invite the participants to apply for certifications. << Results >>1) Train 200 VET learners on PM2) Develop one resource Hub that will integrate/curate at least 100 Deep Tech and PM learning resources3) Develop one trainer toolkit for VET educators. Train 100 trainers. 4) Develop 4 micro-credential certifications. 200 certifications offered. 5) Develop three work-based Learning pilots. 150 learners. 6) Organise 3 open day events. 150 participants. 7) Help manufacturers implement PM and reduce human and environmental risks.
