"<< Background >>We applied for the ""International Partnership to Support Youth Initiative"" under the Erasmus+ program to address the lack of civic engagement and social entrepreneurship opportunities for young people, especially in rural areas facing discrimination. Our project aimed to empower youth through training, local initiatives, and innovative film projects, fostering social inclusion and justice. Collaborating with partners from Portugal, Romania, and Spain, we sought to enhance youths' skills and competencies, promoting their active participation in society and creating a more inclusive and equitable environment for all.<< Objectives >>The primary objectives of implementing the ""International Partnership to Support Youth Initiative"" were to enhance civic engagement and social entrepreneurship among youth, particularly in underrepresented rural areas. We aimed to develop youths' skills and competencies through diverse activities like training sessions, local youth initiatives, and innovative film projects. The project also sought to promote social inclusion, justice, and active participation in society, thereby creating a more equitable environment for young people across different communities in Europe.<< Implementation >>The project involved several significant activities:1) Kick-off Meeting in Cichowo, Poland: This initial meeting brought together project partners to strategize and plan activities.2) Learning, Teaching, Training Activity (LTTA) in Portimao, Portugal: A key educational event focused on skill development and knowledge exchange.3) Local Youth Initiatives in all partners' countries: These initiatives were closely aligned with the 11 European Youth Goals, engaging young people in activities that reflect these objectives.4) Intellectual Output (IO): The creation of 11 films, each promoting one of the European Youth Goals, served as a creative and educational medium to disseminate these important themes.5) Final Conference in Mataro, Spain: A conclusive event to summarize the project's achievements, share experiences, and discuss the impact and future implications of the project.Each of these activities played a crucial role in achieving the project's aims, fostering youth engagement, skill development, and promoting the European Youth Goals.<< Results >>The concrete outputs and results of the ""International Partnership to Support Youth Initiative"" project were significant:1) Educational workshops: enhanced skills and knowledge among youth.2) 11 Films: created to promote the European Youth Goals, these films served as a creative and educational tool.3) Local Youth Initiatives: implemented in each partner country, these initiatives directly applied the learning and skills in line with the European Youth Goals.4) Increased engagement: the project fostered greater civic engagement and social entrepreneurship among youth.5) Cross-cultural collaboration: strengthened partnerships and exchange of best practices among European countries.These outputs collectively contributed to the project's aim of empowering youth and promoting social inclusion and justice across Europe."
