<< Objectives >>The project aims to equip educators and NGOs with relational pedagogy, play-based learning, and digital well-being methodologies to strengthen children's social-emotional skills, engagement, and resilience. Schools will become hubs of best practices, and NGOs will expand their expertise and influence. The project will create sustainable, innovative approaches that foster offline connections, enhance teacher well-being, and combat digital overuse in education.<< Implementation >>We will train 100+ teachers and NGO staff in relational pedagogy and digital balance. Three schools will pilot new methodologies, integrating them into lesson plans, breaktime activities, and teacher training. NGOs will develop open-access training resources, and a 3-day international training program will be conducted.
