Disasterpiece!

<< Objectives >>Disasterpiece! aims to create the beta version of a TOOLKIT composed of multimedia, digital and innovative tools that Youth Workers can use to improve their coaching of all those young people who are experiencing or have experienced, a destructive failure at work, training or relational level, helping them to transform it into an opportunity for growth and evolution.<< Implementation >>The TOOLKIT will be co-designed by a heterogeneous group of Youth Workers, researchers with experiences of successful failure and experts of the tools to be developed, in 16 months, through 4 activities: research and analysis of case studies; creation of a Digital Museum of generative failure video-stories; creation of 1 original Podcast; creation of 1 Handbook for Youth Workers. The tools will be validated by an audience of 30 first users among young people, students and youth workers.<< Results >>1) creation of the BETA version of a TOOLKIT for youth workers, containing at least 6 video stories, 6 episodes of an original podcast and 1 manual with operational indications for youth workers, co-designed by the project team and validatedby a panel of 30 early users2) empowerment of partner organisations, which will adopt the TOOLKIT in their daily activities;3) enrichment of the TOOLKIT - designed to be Open Source - by Youth Workers, educators and young Europeans.
