<< Background >>This project had three fundamental characteristics that made it stand out: timeliness, accessibility, and innovation. Timeliness was evident as participants received training tailored closely to the emerging needs of the job market. This was especially crucial during the long months of the pandemic, which highlighted the necessity to tackle issues associated with remote work. Consequently, there arose a demand to enhance and refine web tools and online platforms, aiming to improve work efficiency. This initiative led to the development of an accessible training program that was made available to all selected participants for free. The educational material generated by the project is openly accessible and was actively promoted, reaching a wide audience beyond the initially selected participants. This ensured that many individuals could access content and basic tools related to the subject, even if they were not part of the selected participant group. Moreover, the project was innovative in two ways: firstly, due to its inherent connection to an intrinsically innovative subject, and secondly, because the training methodologies employed were rooted in non-formal and participatory approaches.<< Objectives >>Social Academy, along with its partners, wanted to propose a training project aimed at developing skills and competencies among the participants. The goal was to enable them to use digital and multimedia tools in a professional capacity. The primary objective of the project was to furnish young professionals and entrepreneurs with fundamental digital knowledge necessary for launching their businesses and essential tools to streamline work dynamics.<< Implementation >>The main activities were:The development of a training course tailored for young workers, professionals, entrepreneurs, and startups. The establishment of a project website intended to deliver training materials targeted at these groups. This platform was also designed to foster a network for sharing ideas, building relationships, exploring collaboration opportunities, and generating new project proposals related to the themes addressed within this initiative.<< Results >>The main expected outcomes were:Enhancement of the skills among young professionals, workers, startups, and entrepreneurs.Establishment and strengthening of a network comprising individuals falling within the mentioned target groups. This network was anticipated to persist beyond the project's duration, expanding to include additional individuals and entities engaged in the project's themes. Furthermore, it aimed to promote the integration of young people into the labor market.
