Éthique et développement local dans l'entreprenariat social et solidaire

"<< Background >>Working in the field of adult training and entrepreneurship in the SSE, one of the pillars of the KEJAL training centre and educational laboratory is to disseminate the CREOPSSe pedagogy wherever it is implemented. ERASMUS+ is an opportunity to disseminate methods and tools on a European scale, to question them and to develop them further. For this ELDESS project, KEJAL has focused on just 2 of the 6 dimensions proposed: Ethics and Territory. KEJAL is a grouping of around thirty French partners; the international scale was targeted to encourage a critical look at our approaches and tools and to enrich us with other European entrepreneurial cultures. ACAWM then put KEJAL in touch with ESWIP, whose field of action is similar: support for entrepreneurs in the SSE sector through the Polish OWES system. For ESWIP, ELDESS was an opportunity to discover new tools to use when working with the project leaders we support, particularly those relating to ethics, which unfortunately was a rather neglected subject in our approach. We questioned our approach to territorial studies and their importance in project design.<< Objectives >>The aim was to re-examine the fundamental ethical and territorial dimensions of supporting SSE entrepreneurs, and to create relevant methodologies and tools for the targeted learners: trainers and coaches. ELDESS has enabled KEJAL and ESWIP to take a step back from our respective practices, enriching our approaches by opening up exchanges to the structures in our networks through webinar-workshops. We wanted to stimulate reflection on these important themes linked to ecology and solidarity in entrepreneurship. The intermediate objectives were 1) to create teaching aids and tutorials, which would be disseminated by running 3 webinars aimed at our networks of local, regional and European professionals. 2) Enhance the CREOPSS+ toolbox developed under a previous Erasmus+ project. Apart from the technical problem of the multilingual database, we achieved all our objectives and were surprised by the power of intercultural encounters between professionals from the same sector of activity: our experiences, examples and feelings shared thanks to the friendship that was born enabled us to go beyond the pedagogical framework by taking a holistic approach to our professions.<< Implementation >>We carried out all the activities planned for the project, namely: 1) Kick-off meeting in Poland 2) Joint management and implementation of the project 3) Educational mobility 1/3 in France: ""The path of the SSE entrepreneur"" 4) Educational mobility 2/3 in Poland: ""Ethics and business culture"" 5) Educational mobility 3/3 in France: ""Territory and local development"" 6) Dissemination events in Poland by ESWIP 7) Dissemination events in France by KEJAL and ACAWM.Each mobility event provided an opportunity to take a step back from our respective professional practices, to pool our tools and approaches and then to question and test them, to carry out inspiring interviews or visits from the angle of the theme covered, to co-construct the webinar to follow with a desire for a participative approach, hence the workshops in small groups. Between each mobility event, video work sessions were set up. Exchanges of emails and Whatsapp helped to maintain the group dynamic, even at a distance, and a digital space was made available for documents, photos and the media needed for the project.<< Results >>ELDESS is aimed at professionals involved in supporting entrepreneurs, whether trainers or coaches. The creation and running of 3 webinars enabled the tools pooled by ESWIP and KEJAL to be presented and tested. Topics covered: 1) The entrepreneur's journey: modelling the different stages in the entrepreneurial creation process and the value of iteration in training. 2) Ethics and corporate culture: how to support the drafting of a founding text for any collective project (example of an ethical charter based on a mind map). 3) Territory and local development: how to ensure the territorial anchoring of any entrepreneurial project other than through market or catchment area research (socio-ethnological approach to territorial analysis). The documents have been translated into French, Polish and English, enabling them to be distributed to a wider network of professionals via the internet (websites, Linkedin). A video and a reusable kakemono have been created for any future events. ELDESS productions were presented to a Greek delegation on 5/2/2024 to create a link between our Erasmus+ projects."
