AI up-skilling for senior WORKers in SME

<< Objectives >>The objectives of the AI-WORK project proposal are as follows: (1) Develop tailored AI up-skilling pathways for small business owners, specifically those over 50, enhancing their competencies and ensuring inclusivity. (2) Increase digital readiness of SME owners through knowledge and skills to effectively adopt AI technologies, enhancing efficiency and competitiveness.
