<< Objectives >>The project empowers seniors by enhancing their communication, boundary-setting, and self-defense skills while also improving digital literacy. Educators will be equipped with inclusive teaching methods and digital tools. Key actions include training new Empowerment Self Defense trainers, developing an Edu-Toolkit, and creating e-learning for offline, online and hybrid models. The project promotes cross-border collaboration, lifelong learning, and social inclusion in European adult education.<< Implementation >>The project introduces Empowerment Self Defense to learners and organizations, which will use pilot training and outreach events to apply the Edu-Toolkit and e-learning. Key activities include curriculum development, digital tool creation, hands-on workshops, and stakeholder engagement. The project include also a final dissemination activities to promote and sustain project results.<< Results >>The project will develop a comprehensive Edu-Toolkit, e-learning platform, and train educators in Empowerment Self-Defense and hybrid/online teaching. It will engage 12 trainers, 120 learners - enhancing their empowerment, safety, critical thinking, and digital skills. Outcomes include greater access to lifelong learning, improved educator competencies, and stronger collaboration in adult education. Long-term impact covers framework integration, and sustainability through outputs of project.
