<< Objectives >>The main objective of this project is to consolidate and strengthen the capacity of partner organizations to offer quality non-formal learning experiences for young people in Romania and Guadeloupe. This includes: Developing relevant skills for 12 youth workers; Establishing and formalizing a cooperation strategy among partners; and Creating a comprehensive and flexible training strategy in a non-formal context.<< Implementation >>The activities of the project are:Capacity building activity - establishing the foundation for collaboration between organizations working in the youth field in Guadeloupe and Romania.Job Shadowing in Romania for 6 Youth Workers from Ankraj.Study Visit in Guadeloupe for 6 Youth Workers from Romania.Webinars for sharing best practices and local activities with youths in Guadeloupe and Romania.<< Results >>Main results expected::• A dynamic and interactive toolkit that will serve as a reference in the field of non-formal learning for youth.• A validated training model and a robust quality management system, both specifically tailored to the needs and challenges of non-formal learning for youth.• Over 200 young people from Guadeloupe and Romania will be directly involved in local-level non-formal learning activities.
