<< Objectives >>MF and ZID aim to refine their participatory methodology through intense collaboration and to increase their international impact. At the same time, we are creating an inclusive space for 8 young people to artistically express their personal stories. Under guidance, they will develop artistic and social skills, encouraging them to participate in the cultural sector and become future role models. This will lead to a more inclusive sector, society, and a more nuanced identity debate.<< Implementation >>During 20 interactive sessions, 8 young people receive intensive guidance from experienced theater makers to express their own stories. The young people provide feedback and support each other. This results in 4 public performances and discussions in Antwerp and Amsterdam. These activities not only promote the development of the young participants and enhance the methodology and impact of the organizations, but also stimulate a nuanced societal debate.<< Results >>The project offers (1) Madam Fortuna and ZID Theater the opportunity to exchange and develop their methodologies in a practical context, (2) 8 young people the chance to grow and share their stories, (3) a broader audience a more nuanced awareness of migration and its various facets, and (4) a sustainable impact through the training of both organizations and the 8 young participants. Together, these elements contribute to a richer and more inclusive landscape for youth work and the arts.
