<< Objectives >>We aim: 1. To support digital transformation and innovation developments between youth work organisations through international collaboration and good practice exchange.2. To develop partners’ capacity to use VR as content, activities and environment to carry out engaging youth work activities;3. To utilise VR technology with young people to increase their engagement and learning in youth work settings.4. To create concepts for future youth programmes using VR technology.<< Implementation >>Project activities will cover a wide range of innovation development and promotion:> VR capacity-building activities for youth workers > Content development of using VR as content, activities and tools in youth work. > VR pilot programmes with young people> Creating digital Learning Pathways and resources to support VR adoption.> Training course and VR practice sharing seminar involving youth workers.> Impact amplifying webinars, meetings, and online promotion.<< Results >>The project will lead towards:> Increased readiness of utilising VR in youth work in Europe. 1000 young people and youth workers reached directly > Increased capacity of partners and 6 communities to innovate and implement VR, including competencies and VR hardware, to be used for free in a community.> VR-based training methodology for youth workers for Youth Work in VR in multiple languages, available for anyone in the world> Digital resilience and future-readiness of the youth work field.
