AgriArt Exchange: Growing Diversity Through Creativity

<< Objectives >>The main objective is to facilitate an exchange of expertise between Laial e.V. & Eco Axarquia, focusing on: promoting inclusion and diversity while raising environmental awareness., Both organizations will collaborate to develop methods that integrate arts and agriculture to foster inclusion and learning. Additionally, a strong focus is placed on enhancing European cooperation, particularly within the Erasmus+, by helping Eco Axarquia increase its participation in transnational projects.<< Implementation >>The project will implement a series of activities: The preparatory visit in Spain will allow both partners to align their expectations, finalize project indicators, and establish a detailed plan, then two study visits: one in Germany & and one in Spain. then, Local training sessions will be conducted in both countries. The project will also create digital documentation. Finally, an evaluation and follow-up meeting in Germany will assess the project’s impact.<< Results >>Both partners will enhance their organizational capacities & gaining new methodologies for youth work.Youth workers and participants will develop practical skills in non-formal education.Create stronger transnational partnerships. Creation of a publicly accessible guideline or position paper, alongside the documentation padlet.Empower marginalized youth by providing them with new opportunities for learning, self-expression, and career development.
