<< Objectives >>We want to foster the social inclusion of youngsters with disabilities, neurological and related diseases, so we have as specific objectives:- Develop formative material that enables youth workers to train themselves to apply non-formal methods and alternative practices (such as Therapeutic Horse Riding);- To understand the specific needs of these youngsters;- To raise awareness of the importance of non-formal and alternative practices for the development process of these youngsters.<< Implementation >>In addition to all the coordination and management work:A - 3 WORKING SESSIONS: 2 face-to-face and 1 online aimed at structuring, monitoring and managing the educational process and the construction of the Formative Manual.B - SEMINAR: Aimed at developing competences in the YW and consolidate the structure of the Local Sessions.C - LOCAL SESSIONS: To develop together with the young people the Formative Manual.D - INTERCHANGE: Mobility activity aimed at our young people.<< Results >>The main results of the project will be:- Development of Essential Learning and Competences in participants;- Training Manual: for other youth workers and organisations to know how to apply non-formal and alternative practices with youngsters with disabilities, neurological and related diseases;- Handbill: project summary leaflet.
