Unlocking Future Opportunities

"<< Objectives >>The ""Unlocking Future Potential"" project aims to empower marginalized youth by helping them discover their strengths, engage in their communities, and continue their education through workshops and international exchanges. It also supports youth workers by providing skills and resources for effective engagement. The goal is to foster initiative, entrepreneurship, and civic engagement, enabling young people to see themselves as valuable contributors to their communities.<< Implementation >>We will implement key activities, including a Research and Campaign to understand challenges faced by disadvantaged youth and to motivate them, two Youth Exchanges focused on non-formal education workshops, and two Transnational Project Meetings for partner collaboration. We will also develop a Methodology with tailored tools for youth workers, create a Career Guide for job searches, and produce an E-brochure with methods and tools. At the end for wider impact we will organize Multiplier events<< Results >>We expect our project to enhance participants' motivation by improving their soft skills, self-awareness, and understanding of diverse cultures. Additionally, we aim to, foster social inclusion, reduce youth unemployment and create lasting resources like the Career Guide, Methodology and E-brochure, which will remain accessible for future youth workers and educators. Additionally, we will have 40 youngsters from different backgrounds with international experience and 16 trained youth workers."
