The RESHAPE project enhances the capacity of higher education institutions (HEIs) in Indonesia and Bangladesh by integrating socio-cultural sustainability and planetary wellbeing into curricula and educational systems. This is achieved through faculty development, modern digital tools, and innovative pedagogical methods tailored to these goals.The project addresses critical gaps in faculty training, governance, pedagogy, digital tools, curriculum development, and community engagement in the partner countries through six interconnected work packages.Key Activities:- Building faculty capacity through online training and peer group collaboration, including face-to-face and virtual knowledge exchanges for HEI staff.- Developing innovative pedagogical methods and digital tools to enhance student-centered learning, support diverse learners, and foster accessibility and inclusion.- Developing curricula focused on socio-cultural sustainability, tailored to PC HEIs' needs, integrating modern digital tools and student-centered pedagogy to enhance employability.- Strengthening HEI-community partnerships to drive societal impact, supported by a regional center specializing in Open and Distance Learning (ODL), capacity building, and dissemination.- Sharing results as OER on the Erasmus+ Results Platform to ensure broad dissemination, long-term access, impact, and scalability.Main Deliverables:1) Faculty Development Program2) Evaluation and Innovation Report3) Curricula Reform Report4) Community Impact Report5) Sustainability RoadmapLed by a diverse consortium of European and Asian HEIs, and supported by a regional center with expertise in ODL, RESHAPE fosters cross-regional collaboration, knowledge transfer, and inclusive education.
